FAQS

Got questions? We’re here to guide you, uncover details behind our process, and learn everything you need to know to choose the right piece for your space.

What types of art do you offer?

We offer original artworks including watercolors, acrylics, linocut prints, monoprints, and mixed media pieces. Please note that availability of specific types of original art can vary. We also offer limited edition prints and posters. In addition, we provide a variety of gift items such as cards, gift cards, tote bags, and drinking bottles.

What sizes are available for the artworks?

Our art is available in various sizes, ranging from small to large formats. The specific dimensions for each artwork can be found on the individual product page.

What is the quality of the artworks?

Our artworks are crafted with the highest quality materials. We use artist-grade pigments in our paints and acid-free paper for both paintings and limited edition prints to ensure longevity and vibrancy. Some artworks may be created on paper designed to naturally age and develop a patina over time; this will be clearly stated in the artwork description. Additionally, the paper weight (thickness) is specified in the details of each artwork.

Are the artworks signed, and what is a limited edition print?

All original artworks are personally signed by me, ensuring their authenticity and uniqueness. In addition to this, a certificate of authenticity is also given. Limited edition prints are also signed and numbered, indicating their place within the total number of prints made. For example, a print numbered “5/50” is the fifth print in a series of fifty. Limited edition prints are produced in a restricted quantity, making them more exclusive compared to open edition prints, which have no limit on their production and can be printed indefinitely. This exclusivity often adds value and uniqueness to each limited edition piece.

Can I see your art collection in person?

Yes, you are welcome to visit my studio to view my collection. I can also arrange to bring artworks to your home for a personalized viewing, allowing you to see them in the space where they might hang. Additionally, I offer virtual tours of some parts of my collection on my website. For a more tailored experience, I can arrange a virtual tour via Zoom or similar platforms to discuss and view artworks of interest. Please contact me to schedule any of these options.

Artworks also can be seen and purchased at Krane Gallery in Tromsø (Krane Galleri, Storgata 80, 9008 Tromsø, Norway)

What is your return policy?

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact me before returning. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Framing will add around 14 days to delivery time, but in special cases, this can be speeded up, and tif so, that they need to contact me to see if I can deliver faster. Some products may have longer delivery time, if so, it´s indicated on the product page.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your artwork or gift shop item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. I’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund. Your satisfaction is important.

How are the artworks packaged for shipping?

Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Posters, prints, and some originals are rolled in sturdy tubes or shipped flat with protective backing. Originals are wrapped securely with padding and waterproof materials.

Can I track my order?

Most packages include a tracking number. However, for smaller shipments, tracking may not be available unless the package is of high value or you specifically request it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. You can check the shipping rate to different addresses in our checkout page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can also choose Faktura for one-time payments. This option is especially practical for businesses looking to purchase art, whether as an inspiring addition to the workplace or as thoughtful gifts for employees and business partners.

How do I care for and maintain my artworks?

Works on paper should be framed under glass, preferably Art Glass which has UV protection and a low light reflection (so that the artwork can be easily seen behind the glass). Works on canvas have painted edges and are ready to hang, but can also be framed without glass (floating frame). For artworks framed under glass, use a slightly moist and soft rag (?) to wipe off dust or finger prints. Works on canvas should be wiped off with dry rag. For works on paper, please let a professional framer handle unroll and the work to avoid wrinkles when unrolling.

Can I request a custom artwork or size?

Yes. Please contact us if you want to commission a custom artwork or a custom size for our available artworks.
